If you do not feel comfortable with yourself then you can see a cosmetic surgeon. Maybe, first of all you should talk to a psychologist. There is no doubt that there are people who really need this kind of procedure. But there are also numerous cases of persons obsessed with their body shape, nose shape, chin shape and so on, who obviously do not need a cosmetic surgeon at all. They simply have to get used to themselves. But at this moment in their life this kind of doctor may ruin their self esteem. So, before seeing this kind of physician you should talk with your family doctor. Then, if he considers that you really need this surgery, you should try to find a private cosmetic surgery clinic. Or you can use all the possible ways to inform yourself correctly. There are astonishing stories about people who were desperate to reshape themselves but they met a wrong doctor, unluckily.
So, you would better try to understand what is the real meaning of beauty and inner equilibrium than ask somebody else to chop you just for the sake of an absurd pattern. You should know that there are doctors who are not surgeons but they practice cosmetic surgery. This happens especially in Australia. You should take care not to ask help from a fake cosmetic surgeon.
